How do I regenerate or delete the AI Forensic Analysis report?

The AI Forensic Analysis report is a snapshot, not a live view. Once it generates, it stays exactly as written and does not update on its own when you add statements or edit transactions. To reflect new data, or to run it under a different case type or a different set of sections, you generate a fresh one.

If all you want is to reword or reshape one section, you do not need to regenerate at all. Ask Daystrom to edit that section and the rest of the report stays as it is.

Regenerate the report

Open the project's Actions menu in the header and choose Regenerate Report. Because a project holds only one report at a time, this first asks you to clear the current one: a "Delete Report?" dialog warns that "This will permanently delete the report. This action cannot be undone." Confirm with Delete Report.

The AI Analysis tab then hands you back the Generate report card, running on the case set on the project. There is nothing to re-enter: change the case on the Overview tab first if that is what moved, then click Generate report, or use Customize report to change the sections for this run. Delete without regenerating

The same Delete Report? dialog removes the report for good if you just want it gone. After you delete, the AI Analysis tab goes back to the Generate report card, ready whenever you want a new report.

When to regenerate vs ask Daystrom

Regenerate when the underlying data changed or you want a different shape of report, for example after you resolved flagged cycles or added a missing account. For a quick question about one figure, you do not need a whole rebuild, Daystrom can answer against the same data and even help you rework a section.
