Invite your team, accept invitations, manage members, and handle the one-account-per-user rule.

How do I invite someone to my account?Open Settings, click Invite Member, enter their email, and click Send Invitation. CounselPro creates an invitation link you share so they can join your account.Is there a limit on how many people I can add?No. CounselPro is priced by plan and credits, never per user, so you can add as many attorneys and staff to your account as you want at no extra cost.How do I accept an invitation?Open the invitation link a colleague sent you. Log in or sign up with that same email address, and you land in their account with your team's projects.Why is my invitation link invalid or expired?An invitation link stops working once it expires or has already been used. Ask whoever invited you to send a fresh one from their Pending Invitations.Why does my invitation email not match?An invitation is tied to the exact email it was sent to. If you sign in with a different address, it won't match. Use the invited email or ask for a new one.How do I remove someone or leave a firm?In Settings, an owner removes a member with the trash icon on their row, or leaves with the same icon on their own row. Members ask an owner to remove them.How do I revoke a pending invitation?In Settings, open the Pending Invitations card, click the trash icon on the invite you want to cancel, and confirm. The link stops working right away.Can I join more than one firm on CounselPro?Each CounselPro login belongs to one firm. To work with a second firm, sign up with a plus-address like name+newfirm@yourdomain.com for a separate login.
