How do I export the AI Forensic Analysis report to Word or PDF?
Use Download report on a finished report to save it as a PDF or an editable Word file. Any single chart or table also downloads as PNG, CSV, or Excel.
Once an AI Forensic Analysis report has generated, you can take the whole thing out as a file, or pull out just the one exhibit you need.
Download the whole report
On the report screen, open the Download report menu and pick a format:
Download as PDF for something you can circulate or file as it stands, with the tables and charts laid out as you see them.
Download as Word (.docx) for an editable document you can trim, rewrite, and paste into a filing, a memo, or a letter to the client.
The button reads Preparing… while it builds the file, which takes a moment on a long report because the charts are rendered into it.
Download a single chart or table
You do not have to take the whole report to use one piece of it. Every chart and every evidence table has its own Download chart or Download table menu just beneath it:
Charts download as PNG for an exhibit or a slide, or as CSV or Excel if you want the numbers behind the picture.
Tables download as CSV or Excel, so an expert or a paralegal can work the rows without opening CounselPro.
This is usually the faster path when you need one exhibit rather than a document.
What about the rows a table did not show?
A long exhibit caps to the most material rows and tells you how many more there are. That count links into the transaction ledger with the full set already filtered, so you can sort it, search it, and export the complete set from there.
A download is a snapshot
The file captures the report as it reads the moment you download it. If you add statements or fix transactions afterward, the file you already saved does not change. To reflect new data, regenerate the report and download again. If you only want to reword or reshape one section, you can ask Daystrom to edit it rather than rebuild the whole thing.
