How do I send you my records?

We set up a private Box.com folder for you. You drop in the statements for one matter, in whatever order they came in, and we handle the sorting and the data entry.

What if I decide not to sign up?

We delete the records you sent, and the NDA still protects both sides.

Which records can I send?

Bank statements, credit card statements, and check images for one real matter. CounselPro reads statements from virtually any U.S. bank or credit union, scans included.

You are sending real client records, so the trial is built to protect them from the first email: an NDA before anything moves, a private encrypted folder for the transfer, and the same handling every CounselPro matter gets.

NDA: A mutual NDA, signed by both sides before you send a single page. We use oneNDA, so the terms are ones you already know.
Transfer: A private Box.com folder opened for your records alone, with access held to the people working the matter.
Storage: Encrypted end to end: locked on the way in and while it sits with us, hosted in the United States.
Audit: The infrastructure we run on is checked by outside auditors, and we can walk your IT team through it.
Confidentiality: Handled to the standard ABA Rule 1.6 sets, and kept to the one matter it belongs to.
AI training: Your client's records are used to answer your matter and nothing else. They stay out of any training set.
