At CounselPro, we are committed to providing exceptional service and helping you get the most value from our platform.
If you experience issues with your subscription, you must contact our support team at support@counselpro.ai and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. A reasonable opportunity means at least 48 hours during the business week (Monday through Friday). Refunds will only be issued if the problem cannot be satisfactorily resolved by our support team, subject to the terms below:
- Monthly plans: Refunds are available for the current billing cycle if requested within 30 days of the billing date.
- Yearly plans: Refunds are available if the request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Data export restriction: Users who have exported data from the platform are not eligible for refunds.
- Page processing limit: Users who have processed 500 pages or more are not eligible for refunds.
- Unsupported documents: Our platform supports bank statements and credit card statements from North American financial institutions only. Processing any other document type, or statements from institutions outside the United States and Canada, is not an acceptable basis for a refund.
In all cases, your subscription will be canceled and platform access will end upon refund.
Note: This policy applies only to subscription fees and does not cover any additional services or fees. All refunds are at our sole discretion.
