A 30-day money-back guarantee on Single Projects
At CounselPro, we want you to have a smooth experience. If the platform isn't meeting your needs, reach out at support@counselpro.ai. We're happy to help you troubleshoot, and if you'd rather request a refund, here is how it works.
Refund eligibility
Refunds apply to Single Projects only, which are one-time payments. Annual plans are not refundable. On a Single Project, you have a 30-day money-back guarantee from your payment date, as long as your account stays within these limits:
- Credit usage: You have used 200 credits or fewer in total.
- No exports: You have not yet exported any data or reports from the platform.
- Document types: Our tools are built for North American bank and credit card statements. Because the platform is not built to read other formats, we cannot offer refunds for missing or poor output when processing unsupported document types.
Requesting a refund
To start a request, email support@counselpro.ai. Our team will keep it simple and handle your request promptly. A few things to know:
- Usage finality: Once you have used more than 200 credits and/or performed an export, the service counts as fully rendered and the payment is no longer eligible for a refund.
- Immediate cancellation: When a refund is issued, that Single Project is closed and your access to it ends.
- Scope: This policy covers Single Project payments only. Annual plans and additional services, including extra credit packets, are not refundable. All refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
